Sea moss is becoming a popular addition to people’s diet as it has a number of benefits. Sea moss is a type of seaweed, which is low in fat and in calories whilst also being rich is vitamins such as iron, magnesium, and folate. It is one of the best plant sources for omega-3 fatty acids and is packed with antioxidants, key for one’s health and can improve immune function keeping one energised. There are many ways to take sea moss, some may just eat it straight of the spoon, but you can incorporate sea moss into your diet in a fun and tasty way.
